Teacher Bio
I have enjoyed teaching in Connecticut schools for several years.  After earning myphoto Bachelor's Degree at Central Connecticut State University in 1994, I started my career in fourth grade in Torrington while I pursued my Master's Degree at CCSU.  Shortly after earning my Master's, I began working with English Learners in the Bristol Public Schools.  A few years later, I moved to Harwinton and accepted a position in Regional School District #10 and have been here ever since.

In addition to teaching young students, I have taught graduate level courses at the University of St. Joseph and taught adult English Learners for Education Connection.

During the years, I've worked with young people in a number of interesting capacities; as H.Y.S.A. registrar, Girl Scout leader, Odyssey of the Mind coach, Student Council facilitator and as a volunteer at the Warner Theatre Center for Arts Education.

When I'm not working or volunteering, I enjoy:
