There are also programs preschoolers can attend, such as:
Partners in Literacy at Harwinton Consolidated or Lake Garda School (consult the school's website for dates/times);
Summer recreation programs in both towns; or
Story hour programs at the Harwinton or Burlington Library (check the library's website for details).
Additionally, there are many good audio books available for free at either library. You could check out the book and recording and show pictures as the books are read.
