Hello! My name is Miss Bethany Rataic and
this will be my eighth year teaching at Lake Garda. I am very excited for another great year in first grade!

I am currently pursuing an 092 certification in educational administration through UConn. I graduated from UConn with my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I was fortunate to complete part of my Master's Degree while living, teaching, and studying in London, England! Prior to that, I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education as well as Human Development and Family Studies from UConn.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, cooking, listening to many types of music. I am a big fan of UConn, the NY Yankees and the NY Giants. I also love spending time with my family, friends, and two cats Dexter and Ladybug!
